ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

By using this website or attending events promoted through Out in Tampa Bay, you agree to follow all posted event guidelines and venue rules. Event details, pricing, age requirements, and availability are subject to change. Out in Tampa Bay is not responsible for personal belongings, individual conduct, or third-party venue policies.

BN Events LLC strives to deliver every advertised event, activity, venue, and experience as planned. However, certain circumstances may require changes that are beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Hurricanes, tropical storms, severe weather, lightning, flooding, or other natural disasters.

  • Government orders, emergency declarations, or public safety restrictions.

  • Venue closures or operational changes.

  • Beach, park, or public facility closures.

  • NASA launch operations, security restrictions, or launch schedule changes.

  • Environmental conditions affecting outdoor activities, including water quality, algae, seaweed (including sargassum), wildlife, or other hazards.

  • Transportation disruptions.

  • Vendor cancellations.

  • Equipment failures or utility outages.

  • Any other unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of BN Events LLC.

BN Events LLC reserves the right to modify, relocate, postpone, substitute, or cancel any activity, schedule, venue, entertainment, transportation, or event feature when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Whenever reasonably possible, comparable alternatives may be offered; however, equivalent replacements cannot be guaranteed.

Ticket holders acknowledge that schedules, activities, and venues may change without notice due to these circumstances.

Except where required by applicable law, BN Events LLC shall not be responsible for any losses, expenses, travel costs, lodging costs, or other damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

If you are unable to attend an event due to personal circumstances, including illness, work obligations, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts, tickets are non-refundable.

If BN Events LLC modifies an event, changes a venue, adjusts the schedule, or substitutes activities, entertainers, or experiences, tickets remain valid for the modified event.

If BN Events LLC cancels an event in its entirety, attendees will be notified of any refund, credit, or rescheduling options, if applicable.

Out in Tampa Bay collects only the information necessary to communicate about events and ticketing. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

Out in Tampa Bay is committed to providing an accessible experience for all visitors. We strive to ensure our website is usable for individuals with diverse abilities. If you experience any accessibility barriers, please contact us so we can address them.

By attending any Bears In The Buff or BN Events LLC events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Photography & Videography

Photography, video, and audio recording may take place at any time during our events. This includes:

  • Pool parties

  • Beach events (including Playalinda outings)

  • Hotel and event spaces

  • Social and group activities

Content may be captured by:

  • Event staff

  • Professional photographers

  • Videographers

  • Other attendees (within guidelines)​

2. Use of Your Image

By entering the event, you grant BN Events LLC and its partners the unrestricted right to:

  • Use your image, likeness, and voice

  • Publish photos and videos

  • Share content on websites, social media, advertising, and promotional materials

This use may occur without compensation, notification, or approval.

3. No Obligation to Provide Photos

BN Events LLC is not required to:

  • Provide copies of photos or videos

  • Identify individuals in media

  • Deliver any captured content

Unless a specific photo experience is explicitly sold or advertised.

4. Respect & Boundaries

While photography is permitted:

  • Guests must respect others’ privacy

  • If someone asks you to stop photographing them, you must comply

  • Harassment or persistent unwanted filming may result in removal from the event

 

5. Restricted Areas

Photography and video are strictly prohibited in:

  • Restrooms

  • Changing areas

  • Private hotel rooms (without consent of all parties)

  • Any designated restricted zones

 

6. Guest Content & Social Media

By tagging Bears In The Buff, BN Events LLC, or using official event hashtags, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and use your content for promotional purposes.

 

7. Professional Equipment & Drones

  • Professional photography equipment and commercial filming require prior approval

  • Drones are strictly prohibited

 

8. Adult Environment Notice

These events are intended for adults. By attending, you acknowledge:

  • You may appear in media captured in a social, expressive environment

  • Reasonable discretion will be used, but no expectation of privacy should be assumed in public event spaces

 

9. Final Authority

BN Events LLC reserves the right to:

  • Remove any guest violating this policy

  • Remove or refuse to publish any media content

  • Update this policy at any time

All staff decisions regarding this policy are final.

Attendees are responsible for:

  • Their own transportation.

  • Their own travel insurance, if desired.

  • Their own lodging arrangements unless otherwise specified.

  • Following all venue rules.

  • Their own personal belongings.

  • Their own health and safety decisions.

BN Events LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
